Salt n Pepper Layout

I used the Salt n Pepper collection to create this layout, which was inspired by Melissa's cards, http://scrapbookideas.topline-creations.com/post/2008/03/Salt--Pepper-collection-cards.aspx. Melissa, Thanks for sharing your cards so that it helped create these pages. For some reason, when I see that butterfly, the words to Bette Midler's Wind Beneath my Wings runs through my head. This layout will be a tribute to a few special people who really were the wind for me, who helped me achieve things I could not have done on my own. With gratitude. . .

Sushine Kleer Keeperz Album

I love the colors of this new Hot Fudge kit! The sunny yellows, juicy orange, and cool blues are a perfect way to get ready for summer. This book is just waiting for those summertime pool pics!

The accordian album at the back was scraplifted from the March Artist's Choice project.

Memories Kleer Keeperz

This was a really fun challenge to create. I used a Kleer Keeperz album and the new Memories Hot Fudge kit. I love the paper in this kit! I also enjoyed the mental game of figuring out the page layouts and how they would interact and affect each other.

From my March '08 newsletter:

"Take a 3-Dimensional dive into the soft blue and deep brown of this theme. The cream colored highlights and an intricate floral design add new depths to this one-of-a-kind project."

Urban Threads Hybrid Autograph Book

I used the Urban Threads theme and a few pages from one of the Heritage themes to create this hybrid autograph book for a gentleman who is retiring. I used Lifetimez Online and I inserted white jpg's instead of photos to create places for welll-wishers to write notes and comments. I modified a cover book and finished it all off with some Urban Threads ribbon and a die cut title.
