This layout was recently completed. Almost 5 years after it was taken. It was a very difficult LO to complete as my life had once seemed to have changed so dramatically in my eyes since that beautiful August day back in 2003. I felt my whole world had been ripped away from me and I would never be that person I was in that photograph again and I HATED her. Somehow I felt like the real me I needed was trapped within these photos and I was being held captive in this strange world. A world forever changing in my mind while I was conscious. I developed Epiliepsy and Chronic Migraines and for years I was in and out of hospitals and back and forth with medication with no clear answers. Now I finally have my life together and I am Happy to be ALIVE! I am happy to say that I have become that girl in that photo again for me and my family. I haven't been this Happy in a very long time!

  I used the following materials: Retro Kit, Rub Ons, Chipboard Brackets, Brads, Gemstones, and Cat's Eye Chalk

Here are a few pics from the Shape Upz class I had today.  I used the leftovers to do a layout.  I think this is the first single page layout that I have ever done. 

This is my first share with you all. I made this Kleer Keeper for my good friend Karyn. Her middle son Reece is in hospital on the critical list after a car accident. I found some pictures from our early days when Reese was 3 & my son Drew was 6(is was Drew's birthday). I have made this to give her when I visit him in hospital today. I spoke to her yesterday and he is showing signs of mending. They hope to operate on Monday. I decided to show everyone his beautiful photos and enlist support from you all with you thoughts & prayers.

I used "Family Love" Hot fudge diecuts (the messages are so comforting)and Caroline papers I also added half of a square memory gems.

UPDATE I spoke to Karyn today. Reece's Operation went well. Yesterday he appeared to be watching the nurses. While Karyn was talking to him he started to cry. The doctors say that this is good progress. So fingers Xed.

What an adventure making up this album.

I am normally a traditional scrapper and when i received my Artists Choice last month, i was worried about taking on such a different project.

It was the most fun, i used only the Artists Choice Kit and it looks amazing.

I love the colors of this new Hot Fudge kit!  The sunny yellows, juicy orange, and cool blues are a perfect way to get ready for summer.  This book is just waiting for those summertime pool pics!

 The accordian album at the back was scraplifted from the March Artist's Choice project.

I used the salt and pepper shapes kit by Runway plus the monograms, chips, rubbons, ribbons etc making this book.  We plan on haveing it on display at our 50th wedding anniversary in May at our open house.  I love how it turned out and it was so much fun even though it was a challenge .
